Ramsgate’s Tutu Tuesday: A Disco Fever Dream
So, Ramsgate, you’re probably wondering what’s with all the twirling? Is it the wind? No! It’s a cultural phenomenon I like to call Tutu Tuesday, or #tututuesday, a glorious celebration of the tutus.
