We saw the classic, romantic tutus with their layered layers of tulle billowing with every twirl. There were cheeky little tutus, just enough to give a playful nod to the ballet, perfectly paired with jeans and trainers. At the end of the day, Tutu Tuesday in Carlisle wasn't just about dressing up or getting your twirl on; it was about connecting with our community in a beautiful, positive, and vibrant way. The streets were transformed into a kaleidoscope of colour, a symphony of laughter, a joyous celebration of self-expression.
