One lady I spotted even had a tutu fashioned from layers of colourful tinsel – it was truly incredible!

I saw folks from all walks of life strutting their stuff – a bunch of sassy grandmas in sparkling pink tutus, dads with their kids wearing fluffy, rainbow tutu skirts, and even a few dogs sporting adorable tutus too. But it wasn’t all about the tutus. You know I love a bit of sparkle, so there was also plenty of dancing, disco tunes pumping from the street performers, and delicious smelling treats coming from stalls full of brightly coloured cupcakes, popcorn, and even cotton candy!
