It was the perfect soundtrack for the disco ball and, okay, I can’t deny, it inspired a whole lot of impressive breakdancing and high kicks too! And then the local dance studio, 'Dancin’ Dreams', gave everyone free lessons. Who says learning new moves isn’t a fun way to burn calories, right?

Tutu Tuesday: Top Stretford Highlights
- The Tutu Competition! A chance for anyone and everyone, regardless of age, size, or ability, to show off their amazing, colourful tutus in front of a judging panel, filled with local ballet teachers!
- The Stretford Tutu Trail: We were tasked with exploring Stretford, a beautiful little town, with quirky shops and amazing local artists. It was basically like going on a fun scavenger hunt with a prize for those who spotted the most creative tutus!
- The Tutus and Beats Party! An absolutely insane, disco-infused night of music, dancing, and laughter! It’s always great fun.
There was also a Tutu Auction to raise funds for local LGBTQ+ charities! Who wouldn’t love an excuse to have a little fun while doing something good for a great cause! And if that isn't inspiring enough, it was all put together by the most wonderful bunch of people in Stretford!
