Darwen, you know how much I love a bit of sparkle and I couldn't resist celebrating Tutu Tuesday in style right here in our very own, charming town. Now, Darwen has always been a pretty awesome place, with its history, independent shops and stunning scenery, but I wanted to bring something a little more vibrant, a little more fun to our community, something that radiates a rainbow glow - just like our magnificent town. Let's talk about tutus! Every style tells a story, every swirl a statement. **The Classics:** There’s a timeless elegance in a classic tulle tutu, perfect for pirouettes and posing. * **The Romantic Ballet Tutu:** Soft, romantic tulle, maybe a delicate pastel hue, and that effortless grace – it's about as ballet-classic as it gets! **Bold and Beautiful:** I’m not talking subtle when it comes to tutus, I mean full-on, dazzling. We’ve got local dance studios, art shops and businesses on board, ready to host fun tutu workshops and creative crafts for everyone! I can’t wait to see all those twirls, from adorable toddler ballerinas to fabulous senior citizens, we’ll be spinning and twirling in style! **A Dance with the Community** The fun won’t stop there! We're hosting a special open-air event at the heart of Darwen Market Square. This is where the community comes alive with dancing, a special tutu competition (where can you get those fancy outfits?!), disco music that's gonna get your feet tapping and enough sparkles to blind you! We've invited some fantastic local food and drink stalls to keep the vibes going. And let’s be honest, who doesn’t love a hotdog after all those dance moves? **Get involved!
