Tutu Tuesday in Arvada, Colorado: Tutu-tally Awesome! Hey, dance lovers! It's your girl, Olivia, and this week I'm bringing you a super special Tutu Tuesday from right here in Arvada, Colorado! You know I live for tutus, and today is all about celebrating that fabulous fabric that makes us feel like ballerinas, even if we're just dancing in the living room!
But before I spill the tea (or should I say, the pas de deux?), I've gotta say: This week, my #tututuesday inspiration is all about the different styles of tutus we see out there. * The Contemporary Tutu: * Now, this tutu isn't your mama's tutu (though your mama probably would totally love it, trust me!). The contemporary tutu embraces a more modern aesthetic. It can be shorter, have asymmetrical lines, and sometimes it's even made from a completely different fabric – maybe even stretchy Lycra or velvet. I love the way contemporary tutus let dancers move more freely and express a range of emotions.
* The Everyday Tutu: * You think tutus are just for the stage? Oh, honey, think again! Everyday tutus are perfect for just about anything. A cute little pink tutu with a casual outfit is just *the* cutest look.
* And the most important rule of #tututuesday?* * There is no such thing as too much tutu! So go crazy!

And even if you can't take a class, Arvada has so much to offer. So head to our local parks. The vibe in the open air is *fantastic*. Who doesn't want to take a few twirls in the beautiful outdoor scenery? You know I'm all about a beautiful setting for some ballet. It's like our city is a ballet stage.
