Hey, dance lovers! It's Tutu Tuesday in Barnstable Town, Massachusetts! I'm channeling my inner ballerina and rocking a classic romantic tutu today. The sun is shining, the sea breeze is blowing, and this lightweight, soft, and billowy tutu is absolutely perfect.
But let's talk about tutus. These are the ultimate symbols of grace, elegance, and, let's face it, just plain FUN! This #tututuesday I decided to pay homage to the incredible history of the tutu in American ballet,

- Then there's the **Classical tutu**, a short and structured design allowing for breathtaking athleticism and greater range of movement. I mean, we've got to thank this one for the iconic “arabesque” pose, am I right?
- And let's not forget the **Modern tutu**. A nod to the freedom and versatility of contemporary ballet, with its varied silhouettes, fabrics, and textures. It’s an incredible expression of how ballet keeps evolving.
Today in Barnstable, my tutu isn't just for dancing— although I totally would if I could!
