Hey dance fam! It's your girl, Claire, and let me tell you, today is a special day - Tutu Tuesday in Sherman, Texas! It's a day dedicated to all things tulle, sparkles, and, of course, ballet! So grab your pointe shoes, your biggest smiles, and your fanciest tutus because we're about to get down to business!
Sherman is such a great little town for the ballet community. We have such a vibrant ballet scene in the US, and here in Sherman, everyone comes together. There’s such a great spirit of camaraderie amongst us ballerinas, no matter how experienced. And what's more fun than spreading that joy and passion for ballet? Strutting around town in a tutu, of course! What a perfect way to showcase the magic of ballet to our friends and neighbors.
Here's why I just LOVE Tutu Tuesday:

Today’s the perfect chance to wear your dream tutu - from the classic romantic tutu, that dreamy romantic piece we love, with its layers and layers of delicate tulle, to the fun, cheeky tutu. My personal favorite for today? My electric blue tutu with an asymmetrical design. So bold, so unique, and so darn pretty. The beauty of a tutu is that each style expresses a different vibe, from grace and elegance to boldness and playfulness. No matter which one you choose, it's always a statement piece!
- Spreading the love for ballet: It's a chance to introduce others to the art form! How can you not smile at a person wearing a tutu? Ballet is all about passion, dedication, and creativity - values worth sharing with the world!
