G'day lovelies! It's your favourite Aussie ballerina, back with another exciting #tututuesday from the City of Lights! Paris is overflowing with culture and history, and it seems the French adore their ballet almost as much as their baguettes and croissants! I've been here for a few weeks, soaking up the atmosphere, and learning a thing or two from the local dancers.
The local ballet scene is thriving. From grand classical pieces to contemporary creations, Parisian ballet is definitely not all about the rigid traditions. There's a real sense of exploration and artistic freedom here - which I gotta say, is right up my alley!
Today, however, we're ditching the contemporary vibes and going all out on the classic. Today's look is inspired by the legendary tutus of the Paris Opera Ballet, known for their exquisite detail and historical significance.
My pick for today's #tututuesday is a dreamy **Romantic tutu**. Think delicate layers of tulle, shimmering in the light and flowing like a soft breeze. I've paired it with a simple, classic black leotard and my trusty ballet slippers, keeping it clean and graceful.
These tutus are absolute works of art. They are a key part of the ballet's legacy and a beautiful testament to the meticulous craftsmanship and the art of the "grand jeté!"
