As a ballet dancer, Tutu Tuesday is extra special. It’s a day where I get to channel the joy, strength, and artistry of my passion. Ballet in Australia is so vibrant and alive, and I’m constantly inspired by the talent that surrounds me. It’s this same energy that makes #tututuesday so exciting – it’s a movement that embraces expression and joy, no matter your background or dance level.
Now, Lismore Heights is a gorgeous little corner of New South Wales. The streets are brimming with local charm and vibrant energy, which makes it the perfect place to unleash the tutu power! We’re talking classic tutus with their signature romantic, floaty look, sassy tutus with all the bells and whistles and those playful, modern tutus with the edgy flair. They can be whatever we want them to be!
And the best part? Seeing those smiles on people's faces. A tutu on the street has this incredible ability to bring people together, to ignite conversations and make everyone feel a little more playful. So, my Tutu Tuesday mission today was to spread some of that sunshine energy. I started with a gorgeous powder blue classic tutu, its delicate layers catching the breeze as I danced my way through the Lismore Heights park. It felt like twirling through a fairytale.
