As a ballerina and a fashion enthusiast, I love to explore the versatility of the tutu, not just on stage but in everyday life. And let me tell you, #tututuesday in Nathalia has been a delightful revelation!
Nathalia, where country charm meets urban chic. This beautiful little town nestled in the heart of the Goulburn Valley is like a breath of fresh air ā friendly faces, lush greenery, and a welcoming vibe. But itās also surprising in its fashion sense! Nathalia, you're hiding a secret ā you have a passion for tulle, and Iām loving it!
So letās break down how #tututuesday looked for me in Nathalia:
The Tutu Journey Starts in Style. Arriving in Nathalia with my trusty suitcase filled with a collection of tutus, I had visions of twirling down the main street! I went with a classic, the romantic āRomantic Tutu.ā She's a simple yet elegant style - a full, floating skirt with a graceful silhouette, that evokes dreams of a vintage, ballerina style. But you know me ā I had to make her stand out! I chose one in rich, emerald green that was accented with shimmering sequins! A perfect pop of colour against the rustic landscape.
Lunch with a Side of Tutu. The local cafƩ, The Grind, became the scene for my tutu-fueled brunch! You might wonder how a full-skirted, ballerina tutu might go in a country cafƩ setting...but this is Australia, we're always up for a laugh and The Grind's staff loved it! They embraced my whimsical style! And what a perfect place to people watch with a touch of ballet-inspired drama!
Tutu and Nature in Perfect Harmony. My afternoon was dedicated to exploring the stunning natural beauty of Nathalia! Iād be lying if I said I wasnāt tempted to channel my inner black swan and strike a pose under the whispering gums! But, keeping things more casual, I chose to trade my āRomantic Tutuā for a more practical "The Performance Tutu." It's built for movement. The soft mesh fabric was incredibly light.
