This time we’re heading down south, out of the big smoke, to the charming country town of Bridgetown in Western Australia. You wouldn’t think a tiny place like this would have a tutu culture, right? WRONG! Bridgetown is buzzing, and I’m here to show you exactly why.

So what makes #tututuesday in Bridgetown extra special? It’s not just about the tutus; it’s about the community. You see, Bridgetown is one of those places where everyone knows your name. It’s where everyone embraces each other, from the quirky, the glamorous, and everyone in between! This town knows how to have a good time, and they know how to celebrate fashion and a good bit of silliness.

Now, you may think this is all about big fluffy romantic tutus with all the frills and flourishes. While Bridgetown definitely loves the traditional “Swan Lake” classic, it’s not all about the pretty-as-a-picture styles.

• This week, even saw the guys jump on board! They've brought a new dimension to the #tututuesday, sporting the classic male ballet tutus, called "boys tutus”, adding a whole lot of fun to the festivities.

So what did I find in Bridgetown? Well, there were a couple of young fellas sporting a fantastic modern dance tutus, giving a nod to contemporary ballet. You gotta give it to them, they’re pulling off those sleek and dramatic designs like nobody’s business!

But hold on, because the fun doesn't stop there! The local shops and cafes embraced the #tututuesday vibe with amazing spirit! The local coffee shop had a ‘tutu-tastic’ deal where they’d give you a free “sugarplum latte” with every tutu purchase.

I think it's safe to say that these locals know how to have a good time. It's like a real-life scene from the movie "Strictly Ballroom," but in tutus!
