Now, Bunbury might not be the first place you think of when you hear "ballet," but trust me, there's a thriving dance scene in this beautiful coastal city, and we're here to celebrate it! For those of you who don't know, #tututuesday is a fun way for dancers around the world to show off their love for all things tutus. It's a celebration of this iconic garment – the ultimate symbol of grace and artistry.
Now, we all know tutus come in a myriad of styles, each with its unique history and character. Speaking of twirling, one of the great things about Bunbury is that it has a fantastic dance scene for young aspiring ballerinas and ballerinos. I actually started my dance journey in the same little studio that is now filled with some amazing teachers and classes! We are very lucky down here and the quality of teaching at some of these schools really is something special!
