Tutu Tuesday in Morisset, New South Wales

G'day, lovelies! It's your girl, Olivia, here, back with another dose of #tututuesday straight from the heart of Morisset, New South Wales! Today's tutu adventure is extra special because it's a bit of a homecoming for me. This little coastal town is where I took my very first ballet steps. The studio where I started learning all those fancy leaps and pirouettes is still standing on the main street - the memories are flooding back!

So, let's talk tutus! Now, you all know that I love a good classic, full-length tutu, like the ones you'd see on a ballerina performing Swan Lake or Giselle. The flowing layers of tulle are just pure magic. They make you feel like you're floating and dancing on air! For a real show-stopper, I'd say you can't go past the **"Romantic tutu"**, the one with the cascading layers and tiers - think graceful swirls and dreams spun into tulle! You wouldn't believe the way the light catches the delicate fabric - just picture shimmering diamonds scattered across a dance floor. But today, we're adding a little Morisset magic to things, because sometimes, a tutu just wants to chill by the beach!

Morisset Beach has a special place in my heart, it's where I'd spend summer afternoons, chasing waves and digging for buried treasure. And it just so happens, this town has an amazing local shop - 'The Little Tutu Boutique' – you guys need to check this place out! It's chock-full of vintage dance wear and tutus from all different eras! I scored a **"Carnival tutu"** there, just perfect for a beachy day, a bit shorter than a traditional full-length but just as playful! I imagine all the happy ballerina kids of the past swirling and twirling with these tutus! And just to top it off, I've got this adorable, **"pastel-coloured tutu"**, which almost blends in with the sand, you know? Think gentle pinks and yellows, the soft colours of a summer sunrise – absolutely stunning on the beach. You’ll find these all over the shops these days, even if you just need some fun outfit inspiration for a picnic or for some beachside fun.

Today's Tutu Tuesday adventure isn't just about the tutus, it's about getting back to your roots, reminiscing about your dance dreams, and sharing your passion. So grab your tutu, your besties, and a big ol' smile – it's time to twirl your way through life! Here's to memories, laughter, and the simple joy of dancing with your best friends. Stay tuned for next week's Tutu Tuesday and let's get this dance party going!
