Tutu Tuesday in Ferny Creek, Victoria: A Tutu-ful Day Out! #tututuesday G’day lovelies! It’s Tuesday, and you know what that means… It’s time for another fabulous #tututuesday. This week, I decided to swap the bustling city streets of Melbourne for the beautiful greenery of Ferny Creek, Victoria, for a truly magical day out in a tutu! I have to admit, I was a little nervous about wearing my tutu outside of the studio at first. After all, it’s not exactly everyday attire. But the minute I slipped it on, I felt a wave of confidence wash over me. Ferny Creek was the perfect backdrop for a tutu-filled adventure! Lush greenery, whispering leaves, and sparkling waterfalls surrounded me, making me feel like I was in a fairytale. And the sunshine was simply perfect for twirling, leaping and, of course, snapping a few photos! This week, I decided to wear a classic **Romantic tutu**, with its beautiful layers of soft tulle and the flowing movement that always reminds me of a ballerina’s delicate steps. The soft pink shade really complemented the flowers blooming in Ferny Creek, giving the whole look a sweet and whimsical vibe. Here are some of my favourite moments from the day: * **Coffee and cake in a tutu:** Ferny Creek has a beautiful café tucked away in the middle of a lush garden. I couldn’t resist ordering a coffee and a piece of cake in my tutu. You know what they say – it’s all about balance, right? The coffee and cake combo provided a much-needed sugar hit for my energetic twirling adventures. * **Walking trails with a twist:** It would have been criminal not to walk the picturesque trails of Ferny Creek, tutu or not! So I threw on a comfortable jumper and explored the area in all its beauty. My tutu gracefully trailed behind me like a flowing pink cloud, drawing all the eyes of fellow walkers. There were more than a few raised eyebrows – a sure sign of the Tutu Tuesday success! * **The waterfall photo opportunity:** You just can’t visit Ferny Creek without taking photos by the waterfall, right? And how else could I document this adventure? My **Romantic tutu** flowing in the breeze, a waterfall cascading behind me…pure ballerina bliss. I may not have had a professional photographer on hand, but my trusty phone camera snapped some amazing pictures for the gram! * **Twirling like there’s no tomorrow:** What’s Tutu Tuesday without a good twirl, right? Ferny Creek was the perfect spot for letting loose, so I spent quite a bit of time twirling like I was back in the studio! You guys know that’s the best stress reliever…plus, who wouldn’t want to see a ballerina twirling by a picturesque waterfall, even if just in their mind’s eye! * **Posing for my favourite fans:** Yes, you guessed it! The cute furry little four-legged ones! Ferny Creek has plenty of dog walkers who also happen to be massive fans of Tutu Tuesday. I couldn’t resist the puppy dog eyes of these adorable furballs! This #tututuesday in Ferny Creek has been a great reminder that you don’t need to be at a ballet studio to feel like a ballerina! All you need is a little bit of confidence, a tutu, and a willingness to embrace the joy of twirling. Ferny Creek may not be a famous ballet city, but trust me, it was the perfect location for a tutu-filled adventure! I can’t wait to take on more tutu challenges next week!
