First, let's talk about the history of ballet in Canada. It's not as long as you might think! Ballet arrived here with the French in the early days and quickly gained traction. But, it's really in the past 50 years that we've seen an explosion in the Canadian ballet scene, with professional companies popping up across the country, from the west coast to the east, with Langley holding its own!
So what is Tutu Tuesday? Well, think of it as a social media dance party. It's all about sharing the love for ballet and, you guessed it, tutus!
