This Tuesday, West Perth came alive with colour and grace. From the vibrant shades of the traditional "Romantic" tutus – with their delicate layers of tulle and a soft, ethereal silhouette – to the bold, contemporary lines of the "Plateaux" tutus, offering a structured and modern aesthetic, the tutus took centre stage in a kaleidoscope of styles.
