As I scanned the crowd, a kaleidoscope of colour and creativity filled my vision: vibrant pink tutus twirling alongside ethereal white ones, classic black tutus shimmering against the backdrop of a charmingly rustic Canadian scene, and even some bold statement tutus showcasing their unique flair – a true tapestry of fashion and artistry!

For those who don’t know, Tutu Tuesday is my little way of honouring the graceful legacy of ballet, showcasing the transformative power of fashion, and sharing the pure joy of celebrating something we all adore: tutus. Each week, I feature different tutus in different styles, celebrating this iconic piece of ballet costume history. Each Tuesday, I dive into a new aspect of the tutu’s history and the beautiful people that create and wear them.

As I stepped onto the scene in Carstairs, my eyes were captivated by the mesmerizing array of tutu styles.
