It might seem a little out there for a ballet girl like me to be all about tutus in a place that’s not known for its ballet scene, but hear me out! While we don't have the Royal Winnipeg Ballet here in Saskatchewan (but wouldn’t it be amazing if they toured around more?), we sure know how to work some sartorial magic with a classic tulle masterpiece.
