This little gem nestled in the heart of the Bas-Saint-Laurent region is not just a pretty face. It’s the place to be for lovers of art, nature and most importantly, for someone like me, ballet!
Now, before we dive into all the fabulous tutu moments I’ve had, I have to tell you why this little corner of Canada is so special to me. There's something about the beauty of the surrounding landscape – rolling hills, lush forests, the scent of pine in the air, it all makes my soul sing. It just feels like a perfect place to embrace my inner ballerina.

- The Classic Pointe Shoe Tutu: My first stop was a visit to the local ballet studio. Their repertoire, it’s classic! It was like stepping back in time with a stunning performance featuring the classic romantic tutu. It’s a timeless piece – the short, gathered skirt, the billowing layers, just a sight to behold! They create a dramatic silhouette on stage, like wings in motion. A true delight!
- The Romantic Tutu: It wouldn't be a Tutu Tuesday without the quintessential romantic tutu, with the flowy layers, soft colours and a timeless elegance. In Causapscal, they've got that fairytale spirit going. They had a performance that truly captured this mood. They had beautiful romantic tutus, shimmering in ethereal hues, and with a lightness and graceful sway – you’ve got to love them!
