The vibrant hues of teal, crimson, emerald, sapphire and cerise would make brilliant tulle designs for ballet and dance schools. I picked up some silk fabrics to experiment with creating my own bespoke tutu design. Next stop: Littlehampton Library. What a find! I stumbled upon an illustrated history of ballet from the 18th and 19th centuries. And let me tell you, those tutus are a sight to behold – truly whimsical and beautiful.
