From my little pink apartment in Southsea to the city streets and the bustling cafes, tutus reign supreme. Every Portsmouth store embraces the fabulous day. You just need to look out for the big pink unicorns, the sparkling rainbow sprinkles, the pastel pinks and rainbows and all the amazing, fun, fluffy tulle that pops out everywhere. Now grab your glitter spray, your fave disco track and get ready to twirl, twirl, twirl!! Where to Shop, Shop, Shop! I know you want a stunning tutu to show off. Here's what you need to know for the perfect Tutu Tuesday outfit: - Tutu styles: Now I'm all about the classic fluffy tutu for the #tututuesday. And you just can’t beat a hot pink, frothy tulle one! You'll get everyone gawking at that! It's classic, dramatic, and perfect for twirling to your heart's content! However, let’s be honest. It's pretty good on the catwalk, but walking down the road in Portsmouth needs some adjusting!
