Today’s Tutu Tuesday finds me in the most gorgeous little seaside town in England: Lowestoft! This adorable place is practically screaming “unicorn” with its charming little beach huts, candy-colored ice cream stands, and those cute, plump little seagulls waddling about. And Lowestoft was made for tutus, baby! Think sparkling waves, seaside breeze, and enough pastel pink and blue to make a mermaid blush.
