Tutu Tuesday in Leith: A Day of Glittery Glamour and Unicorn Dreams
Oh, my fellow twirling enthusiasts! It's Tutu Tuesday, and you know what that means – unleashing the inner ballerina and letting the sparkles rain down. Today, the streets of Leith have been transformed into a whirlwind of tulle and tutus, all in celebration of the ultimate dancewear – the tutu!
Now, I know what you're thinking, "Tutus are just for the stage!" And you'd be partly right. But here in Leith, we've got a little more... well, *let's just say a little bit more flair* for our everyday wardrobes. Today, I'm sporting a dreamy pink tulle tutu with layers upon layers of soft, shimmering fabric, adorned with an adorable sequinned unicorn applique. It's basically a unicorn-inspired masterpiece that whispers "fairytale elegance" without even trying! I paired it with a comfy pink knitted sweater and my trusty, silver platform trainers – comfort and style, darling!
But the Leith ladies weren't shy about expressing their individual tutu style. The creativity here is simply breathtaking! I managed to snag a charming, antique ballet-themed jewellery box, a tiny, shimmering silver unicorn pendant, and a little mirror with the words "Be a Sparkle Unicorn" inscribed on it. Okay, it might have been a bit excessive, but it's *Tutu Tuesday*, darling! What can I say? It's all about that sparkly self-expression, and who wouldn't want to embrace their inner glitter bomb, right?
