Hello darlings, it's Emma here, your favourite tutu-clad time traveller! I'm popping in for post number 1278 from the chic streets of Paris. This month, we're travelling to the fabulous world of June 2026, darling! You can't tell from the fabulousness of this Parisian sun, but it's a little chilly, so I've thrown on my trusty pink wool coat over my classic tutu ensemble.
Now, this is what you call living life in the pink, my darlings. The Parisian fashion scene is absolutely dripping in fabulousity! It seems everyone here knows a bit about drag - a bit of fabulous flamboyance, a dash of glitz, a pinch of whimsical fabulousness!
Before we hop back into the Time Tutu and head to my next destination, let's dive into the fabulous happenings of June 2026:
June 2026: A Drag Calendar Packed with Sparkle!This month, the drag world was bursting at the seams with excitement!
A Dragtastic Trip to Broadway: It's a time for celebrations and dreams fulfilled, my darlings! "Dragopolis: The Musical" opened in June on Broadway! Imagine the biggest Drag Queen mega mix of "Hamilton" and "The Greatest Showman", sprinkled with enough sass to make a drag queen blush! The reviews? Divine! This musical features some of the most iconic drag queens in history! We have everyone from the drag queen pioneers like Divine and Lady Bunny all the way up to the current stars of "RuPaul's Drag Race". My heart soared hearing this musical! This Broadway debut is a landmark event for drag culture, further cementing it as a celebrated art form, darling!
The International Drag Convention in Berlin: Oh my! This convention was absolutely epic, with queens flying in from every corner of the globe! Imagine a melting pot of glamour, high heels, glitter, and so many pink tutus! This yearās theme was āDrag Without Borders,ā which made for some truly remarkable performances!
The Drag Queens' World Tour: If you ever dreamed of a tour that could make you "live your truth," this was the ticket, chƩrie! This tour features a rotating cast of internationally acclaimed drag queens performing the same epic drag extravaganza show in major cities across the globe, and you guessed it! This was my favourite part of June! I went to the show in London - I got to wear my biggest and pinkest tutu for the occasion! This global phenomenon made drag accessible to so many more people around the world!
The Worldās First Drag Olympics: It's more than a little surreal imagining drag queens competing in "Lip Sync," "Drag Makeover," and "Catwalk." Can you imagine, my darlings? Imagine, the excitement and joy of the world united by drag. We could have seen everything from the world's highest "Hairspray Hair Toss" to the world's best āDeath Dropā. The competition, hosted in Las Vegas, saw queens from all over the world compete, the goal: to show the world what drag is all about ā fun, creativity, and the ultimate expression of self! I have to admit, I was glued to my TV to watch the epic finals ā it was a drag superstar for the win!
Fashion in June 2026: The Glitter Keeps on Giving!You better werk it!: My fashion radar picked up the biggest trend in June - Sequins, my darling! This trend wasnāt limited to drag. Everyone was sporting a touch of glitter from New York to Tokyo! Fashion designers and drag queens all embraced the bling! I was sliving in my glittery pink tutu, feeling absolutely divine and sparkling like a disco ball. It was such a joyous way to express our individuality!

And now it's time for me to set off on my next time travel adventure. There's a world of drag waiting for me to explore and, more importantly, to inspire you all to embrace your inner fabulousness.
Next month, we're travelling to July 1994 for the iconic opening night of the "Drag Race: New York City" tour at the Club Limelight, and letās just say, it's a total drag queen history gem. Iāve heard rumours of *RuPaulās very first appearance on the main stage, dressed to the nines and totally werkāing it. *
