It's Friday, which means it's time for another #PinkTutuBlogLondon post! I'm so excited to share with you all the adventures I had in London this week! 🎉

My Journey to London
You guys know I'm a HUGE fan of trains! 🚄 It's the ultimate mode of transport for a busy ballerina, and London's got a network to die for! I hopped aboard a Virgin train straight from Derbyshire, all decked out in my signature pink tutu and a sparkly pink jumper, obviously.
Travelling by train just allows for a different kind of calm, you know? It's so lovely to sit by the window, watching the countryside blur past as I dream up my next blog posts, outfits, and all things sparkly! ✨
A Friday in London!
Oh London, London, how I adore you! There's just a certain energy and vibrancy about the city that always sets my heart fluttering! 💓
My first stop on this lovely Friday was none other than * Covent Garden!* That charming little square just pulsates with life! We're talking street performers, amazing little boutiques, street art, the most divine flowers, and of course, yummy street food! 🥙
And yes, I couldn't resist treating myself to a delicious cupcake from Peggy Porschen's. 🧁 You simply cannot visit Covent Garden without experiencing the magic of this place! Their cakes are little masterpieces! They’re practically too pretty to eat! 🤤
Next up on the agenda, a ballot performance! Nothing is better than getting into the grand and gorgeous setting of the Royal Opera House to experience the magic of ballet. They're currently showing The Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker, and I have to say, they absolutely blew my socks off! 🤩
The Royal Opera House always leaves me utterly captivated by the stunning costumes, the dazzling performances, and the exquisite orchestra. It truly makes me feel like a princess in a fairytale world. 👸✨
Pink Shopping Adventures
London is simply a shopper's paradise! ✨ It's home to so many fabulous stores and designer boutiques that even my wardrobe has to concede to its irresistible lure! 💖
I started my shopping spree at Liberty on Regent Street. This store just embodies everything beautiful and exquisite. Their unique prints and colors are absolutely dreamy. They have so much wonderful home decor and fabric, so I had a lovely time window shopping! They really inspire me, with their vintage and artsy flair. 😍
Next up was a visit to Harrods! What can I say? Harrods is synonymous with luxury, elegance and just an undeniable sense of style! The pink tulle tutu skirt they have in their Dresses department is my favourite so far in London. 🤫
It's a great place for gifts, too. I always grab a few goodies for my friends and family back in Derbyshire, and for a certain special pink tutu fan.😉
The rest of the afternoon was spent scouring Oxford Street for new additions to my ballet wear collection. There's something about a beautifully crafted dancewear piece that always lifts my spirits and makes me want to pirouette my worries away! 💃✨
London by Night
A perfect Friday wouldn't be complete without a touch of magic and a glimpse into London's sparkling nightlife! 💫
I decided to treat myself to dinner at Sketch. It’s such a unique restaurant, housed within a gorgeous historic building. They have the most charming Parisian-inspired atmosphere and the best-dressed clientele in London. 🥂 It’s definitely one of the most Instagramable restaurants in the city, too! 😉
The night just got more glamorous when I attended a special gala performance of Les Misérables at the Queen’s Theatre. The powerful storytelling, the soulful music and the absolutely captivating performances really transported me to a different world, one where emotions ran high and passion reigned supreme! 💖 I must confess, a little tear might have escaped!
And now... a special question for you guys!
So tell me, what is your ultimate favourite tutu-wearing moment? Mine has to be when I wear a fluffy, pastel pink tulle tutu to my favourite coffee shop on a Sunday morning. 🩰☕️ There's something magical about feeling the wind rustle through the layers of tulle and feeling the weightlessness of all that pink as I take a leisurely stroll down my favourite street!
