Hello lovelies! It's Monday, which means it's time for another Pink Tutu Blog NYC post! 💫

I'm back in my favourite city, New York! 🗽 This trip has been extra special because I'm here to perform in a special ballet street theatre show! Oh, you just can't beat performing in front of a live audience, especially in a city like this. 🥰

The atmosphere is electric. You can feel the energy in the air, a kind of buzzing excitement that only NYC can give. I feel so alive, and I can't wait to share all my adventures with you! 💖

I arrived at my favourite hotel, the one with the stunning view of Central Park! It's a complete dream come true - even my suitcase got a "pink tutu moment" with a sweet pink ribbon and a matching pink feather boa! You know me, a splash of pink never hurts! 😉

And speaking of pink… you guessed it, my pink tutu was absolutely ready for its New York debut! This time, it's a twirly, bouncy, slightly glittery masterpiece - just right for conquering the bustling subway. 💖 The underground here is just so fascinating, everyone is so in a rush. But even the most serious commuter had to smile at the sight of a pink tutu strutting its stuff on the train!

I took a Metro ride to see a magnificent ballet production at the Lincoln Center - imagine, stunning performances in a building with this incredible glass design! Absolutely breath-taking! It reminded me why I'm so passionate about the dance world.

Then, my very own "pink tutu performance" came. It was such a thrill! Seeing those smiling faces watching as we moved gracefully to the rhythm of the music, all while bathed in the colourful lights, well, there's nothing quite like it! ✨

The crowds were just incredible! New Yorkers are known for their love of the arts, and they gave us a thunderous standing ovation. 💖 The feeling of the crowd's energy as you spin and leap is simply intoxicating!

The experience felt almost surreal. My heart was bursting with joy! And what makes it even better is that all those hours of practice, dedication, and even the occasional pink tutu tumble - all worth it! 😊

But of course, New York City isn't just about ballet, even for a tutu-loving ballerina like me! Shopping in NYC is a dream come true, especially when you're on the hunt for fabulous fashion finds. My shopping bags were bulging with some seriously stylish pieces:

• A delicate pink satin top - perfect for a dinner with my dance mates!
• A sparkling pair of ballet flats, with a tiny pink feather tucked in!
• A shimmering, silver skirt - a touch of "New York City glamour!"
• A blush pink handbag with a tiny ballerina charm on the zipper!

Later that evening, after a scrumptious bite at a delightful pink-themed cafe (you know I couldn't resist the allure of a pink lemonade!), I ended the night exploring the enchanting lights of Times Square. 💖 This vibrant city never fails to amaze!

You know, travelling isn't just about visiting tourist attractions, it's about experiencing new cultures, soaking up the atmosphere, and creating memories that last a lifetime. And trust me, these memories will definitely be part of my story.

And you know, this isn't just about me and my pink tutu adventures, it's about encouraging you to follow your dreams too. Whether you want to twirl on stage, dance in the streets, or explore a new city, I believe you should go for it. 💖

It’s funny, it wasn't even a month ago I was dancing on the stage in my home city of Derby, wearing my tutu and feeling absolutely ready for the big city. So much can happen in a few weeks!
