Pink Tutu Blog Paris - Post Number 1: A Whirlwind of Pink in the City of Lights!

It's Emma here, your favourite pink tutu-wearing ballerina, and I'm SO excited to announce the launch of my very first Paris Blog! That's right, darling, I've finally landed in the City of Lights, and believe me, it's just as glamorous as everyone says! ✨
Now, if you've been following my adventures on www.pink-tutu.com, you know that I love travelling, especially by train! So naturally, my journey to Paris started with a majestic EuroStar ride, complete with views of the English countryside that could rival a Gainsborough painting. 🏞️ It was a perfect excuse to wear my latest vintage pink tutu – the one with the shimmering sequins, just for the extra Parisian touch.
Speaking of Parisian touch, let me tell you, the streets of Paris are brimming with fashion inspiration! From the chicest boutiques to street-style stars, there's a vibe here that makes me want to spin in my tutu until the Eiffel Tower lights up! It's a true ballerina's dream.
As for what I've been up to in this magical city, well, it's been a whirlwind of tutus, tutus, and more tutus! 💖 This Saturday, 1st January 2000, was the perfect day to soak it all in. I started my day with a delightful brunch at a charming little cafe, enjoying pastries so flaky, they practically melted in my mouth! The perfect fuel for the grand finale – a dazzling ballet performance at the Opéra Garnier! 🤩
The Garnier is breathtakingly beautiful, even for someone who's been to countless theatres and ballets back home in Derbyshire. It's just a dream! The performance itself was phenomenal, with an energetic ensemble and a captivating lead ballerina whose leaps and twirls could give me a run for my money! 😜
But it wasn't all about tutus and toe shoes. I spent the afternoon window shopping at the most exquisite boutiques, dreaming of a closet filled with silk scarves and statement hats, and I even managed to find a little tres chic beret that I couldn't resist! 👒
In the evening, the magical ambiance of Paris came alive as I strolled along the Seine, taking in the glistening Eiffel Tower and the enchanting atmosphere that only the city of love can offer.
So, my darling friends, that was just my first day in Paris, and I can already tell it's going to be a fantastic adventure!
