It's Saturday, which means it's time for another Parisian adventure, and you know what that means – pink tutu time! This week I've been channeling my inner Parisian chic, and my tutu is practically floating on air with excitement. I boarded the Eurostar yesterday morning, my tulle skirt billowing in the wind as I sashayed through the platform. This train journey was practically a performance in itself – a perfect example of how fashion and travel intertwine!
This week, Paris has been dazzling me with its beauty, its vibrant energy, and its fabulous fashion! The streets are filled with chic Parisian women sporting gorgeous outfits, inspiring me with their effortlessly stylish ways. I’m definitely channeling their Parisian panache into my outfits – this week I've been rocking a sleek pink tutu with a chic black blazer and delicate pearl earrings. Honestly, the Parisians wouldn’t even bat an eyelid at my tutu, they’re so stylish and open-minded!
But this isn’t just a fashion journey, it’s about exploring this magical city with open arms (and a pink tutu of course)!
This Saturday in Paris:I kicked off the day with a scrumptious breakfast at a cute little boulangerie just a hop, skip, and a jump from my adorable apartment. Now, the food here is truly divine! But before we get into all the delectable details (don't worry, there'll be plenty of those later!), let's dive into what I've been up to!
Ballet Heaven: No trip to Paris is complete without a ballet performance, so today, I’m going to be treating myself to a performance at the Opéra Garnier. The magnificent architecture of the opera house is a work of art in itself, but imagine how it will complement my pink tutu! I'm so excited to immerse myself in the elegance of the corps de ballet – just watching those dancers float across the stage inspires me to pirouette to my heart’s content!
Boulevard de la Mode: This afternoon, I’ll be exploring the streets for the latest fashions – vintage boutiques, chic ateliers, you name it! Paris is a treasure trove of fashion, so I'm sure I'll be bringing back a few fabulous new pieces for my wardrobe. You’ll be the first to see them, of course!
Parisian Promenade: Of course, no Parisian journey is complete without a little walkabout. I’ve been strolling down the Champs-Élysées, soaking up the sights, the sounds, and the incredible Parisian atmosphere. The Parisian ambiance is magical – even the cobbled streets have an elegance that sets my heart a-flutter. I even had a quick stop at the Eiffel Tower - it's hard to capture it in words! The iconic structure was illuminated with golden lights – simply breathtaking! I found myself twirling under the tower, my pink tutu glistening in the magical evening glow. What’s a Parisian adventure without a little tutu magic?!
Pink Tutu Tip of the Day: While exploring the city, I always carry a portable makeup mirror, so I can refresh my look wherever I go. And, to stay cool during the day, a little spritz of a hydrating facial mist is a lifesaver – especially for a delicate pink tutu-clad lady like me!
A Pink Tutu's Diary:I know you're all wondering what I'm wearing today… well, I decided to go for a touch of Parisian flair with a sweet baby pink tutu and a soft grey knitted cardigan. I think this elegant and feminine combination reflects the Paris I've been experiencing! Of course, my signature pink shoes with a silver clasp are always a must, and to complete the look, I've got a pearl necklace that perfectly embodies the classic Parisian elegance. My outfit will hopefully create the je ne sais quoi I'm aiming for!
My Travel Tales: Paris always reminds me why I'm so passionate about travelling. It’s all about discovering new cultures, learning about the world, and most importantly, making new memories that last a lifetime.
I'm always searching for that perfect combination of beauty, art, and history that makes travel truly enchanting – and Paris certainly delivers! And while we’re at it, Paris always gives me the opportunity to expand my love of ballet! There’s such a rich history and vibrant culture for dance, that I just want to twirl all day and night!

This evening I’m planning a night of romance in the Moulin Rouge. Oh, the costumes and music there always make my heart skip a beat! The theatre always delivers a great dose of sparkle and glamour. There’s nothing quite like getting caught up in a cabaret show after an exciting day exploring this city of light.
