Bonjour, my lovely tutu-wearing darlings! This week, we’re in the City of Lights – the utterly divine Paris! I simply couldn’t resist squeezing in a quick trip before the summer heat kicks in properly. It's just so exhilarating to be here, the air buzzes with a chic, bohemian energy. It's hard to resist, even in a tutu!

I hopped on the Eurostar in a whimsical floral dress (tutus are just a tad too dramatic for a train ride, wouldn’t you agree?) and within a few hours, we were whizzing into the heart of Paris! My fellow travellers couldn’t help but smile, I believe the twirls were pretty contagious! I'm not going to lie, travelling by train is pure magic - just imagine, miles of beautiful countryside flashing by, while you’re sipping tea and catching up on your favourite reads, all in a beautiful, sleek carriage. Pure magic, darling!

Of course, I couldn’t arrive in Paris without a new outfit, so I dashed straight to the lovely Galeries Lafayette on Boulevard Haussmann! A fashionista’s dream, it’s practically a treasure trove of beautiful outfits and accessories. Now, this trip I’ve decided to stick to the Parisian theme: chic, romantic and a touch whimsical, of course.

Let’s be honest, every pink tutu-loving heart desires to feel like they’ve stepped out of a fairytale in Paris. With a mischievous twinkle in my eye, I knew exactly what I needed – a stunning vintage, full-length blush-pink dress! It felt so magical and perfect for strolling along the cobblestone streets. Honestly, you should see it - it practically whispers “French Romance.”

Paris is all about exploring its nooks and crannies, discovering hidden cafes and little shops overflowing with vintage delights. That’s what I’ve been doing, flitting from one adorable Parisian nook to the next. Today, I discovered a truly beautiful café with enchanting wrought iron furniture and delectable pastries! And oh, the tea! The flavours were like dancing on my tongue! The most delightful surprise was meeting a group of charming Parisian ladies – one of them even shared a vintage broach she found at the flea market. Paris just feels alive with charm and whimsy.

But the real highlight of my Parisian adventure so far? Why, a spectacular performance by the Paris Opera Ballet, of course! The sheer beauty of the dancers was breathtaking, the artistry – breathtaking. Honestly, I felt so inspired to put on my tutu and twirl around the room after the show. Even though I’m not on stage, that feeling of artistry and grace just takes over when you’re watching incredible dancers!

One of the things I absolutely adore about Paris is the sheer artistry and romance surrounding it – it's in the buildings, in the little shops, even in the way the Parisian couples flirt over a croissant and coffee. This week, my Parisian adventures have led me to the heart of this romantic city – The Eiffel Tower! The view is spectacular – the city spread out below, shining like a million sparkling diamonds under the Paris sun. I twirled in my tutu – okay, perhaps not quite on top, but I did capture the most gorgeous photographs, and trust me, they are Instagram worthy!

Tonight, my lovelies, we’re going to a theatrical show – imagine the vibrant Parisian energy of a Parisian theater, a kaleidoscope of emotions. Oh, it promises to be such an incredible evening – it’s a magical combination of captivating story-telling and artistic performance, not to mention the luxurious plush velvet seating that's so very Paris.

A statement piece is a must - imagine a stunningly bright vintage hat or even a vibrant patterned scarf with playful pink details.
