Oh la la! I'm finally in Paris, the City of Lights! After a fab journey on the EuroStar, I'm ready to explore everything this gorgeous city has to offer. It's Christmas time and the city is practically sparkling! There's so much to do, and of course, my Pink Tutu is ready to whirl through every Parisian adventure.
My Paris Dream:
You know me, I always dream big, but this trip is truly something special. Ever since I was a little girl, twirling in my homemade pink tutu, I've wanted to dance the streets of Paris. To stand outside the Opéra Garnier, feeling the magic of the theatre, and seeing those exquisite costumes... that's a dream I've always held close. And this trip? It feels like I'm living it out in technicolor!
The EuroStar Journey:
The journey was just as exciting as the destination. As usual, I felt at home in my pink tutu, feeling like the ultimate travelling ballerina! The EuroStar itself is a treat – spacious, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a cuppa and watching the countryside fly by. I spent most of the trip writing, planning, and getting ready to share my Paris experiences with you all.
Parisian Fashion & Pink Tutues:
Let's be honest, you know I'm here for the fashion, darling! From the chic Parisian boutiques to the iconic vintage shops, I'm on a mission to find those unique pieces that will make my wardrobe truly pop. And don't forget the Pink Tutu! It's the perfect statement piece, adding a touch of whimsical charm to every outfit. Think about it – imagine the Eiffel Tower with a touch of pink tulle, a true symbol of Parisian elegance mixed with that signature pink tutu sass!
Ballet Bliss in Paris:
Paris is a haven for ballet, and you bet I've booked myself a treat! Tonight, I'm heading to the Opéra Garnier, where I'll be watching 'The Nutcracker'. Imagine, experiencing this classic ballet in the very theatre that inspired so much of its grand and elegant vision! I’ve got my lucky tutu ready, of course.
Exploring the City of Lights:
My to-do list is overflowing, from wandering the charming streets of Montmartre, taking in the grandeur of the Louvre, and maybe even catching a glimpse of the Champs-Élysées covered in twinkling lights.
Paris in December:
There’s something truly special about Paris in December. The city sparkles with festive magic. Every corner is adorned with Christmas lights, gingerbread houses beckon in bakeries, and the air is filled with the joyous sounds of carol singers. It’s like stepping into a charming, vintage Christmas movie.
A Day in My Pink Tutu:
Oh, what will a typical day in my Paris Pink Tutu look like? Well, it'll start with a hearty breakfast, fuelled by croissants and a cuppa, naturally! Then it’s off to explore the city's many hidden gems, whether it’s a historic cathedral, a whimsical vintage shop, or maybe even a dance studio, hoping to find a few Parisian ballet classes to join. My tutu will be with me every step of the way, adding a touch of sparkle to even the most ordinary streets. And of course, each day will culminate in an amazing dinner experience. After all, good food, like ballet, is something to be savored and enjoyed with friends.
