The air is crisp, the cobblestones are sparkling under the morning light, and a fresh croissant is already tucked into my handbag - it can only mean one thing: I'm in Paris! This Parisian escapade marks the third time I've taken the EuroStar across the channel this year. Honestly, I've fallen head-over-heels for the speed and ease of travel by train - especially when it comes to taking those important 'outfit of the day' pictures without the risk of pesky air travel turbulence ruining my hair!
The Ballet's the Thing
This trip has been specifically planned around seeing the "Swan Lake" ballet at the OpĆ©ra Garnier - an absolute dream! You see, I fund my travels through my ballet performances back home in Derbyshire. Iāve got a full schedule of dance recitals coming up, from festive ballet shows with the local childrenās troupe to solo gigs at charity balls. This allows me to live out my passion for exploring new cultures and seeing the world from my own unique 'Pink Tutu' perspective.
Fashion and Paris
Speaking of which, the iconic French capital has never disappointed in the fashion department. Itās an unwritten rule: any fashion blogger with a love of pink tutus HAS to come to Paris at least once! There are countless opportunities to unleash my inner fashionista here - from charming vintage boutiques on rue de Rivoli to the elegant designers at the Galeries Lafayette. I can already imagine myself browsing their rails, looking for the perfect dress or accessory to elevate my wardrobe to the next level. Oh, I do love Parisian style!
Exploring the City of Lights
But it's not just about shopping - Paris is overflowing with cultural treasures, romantic landmarks and historical masterpieces. Today, after a hearty brunch at a charming cafe on Place des Vosges, we're planning a visit to the Louvre to marvel at the Mona Lisa and soak up the atmosphere. In the evening, the piĆØce de rĆ©sistance - the enchanting "Swan Lake"! I have no doubt it will be a performance to remember. And you bet I'll be rocking a fabulous pink tutu for the occasion!
My Tutu Travels: #ParisOOTD
Now, letās talk fashion. What better way to kick off a Paris adventure than with a showstopping pink tutu? It's the ultimate travel companion, perfect for blending into the Parisian chic whilst maintaining my signature look! This time, I'm going for a dreamy 'French Romance' vibe. Iāve layered a tulle tutu with delicate pink lace and added a touch of Parisian glamour with a wide-brimmed beret and chic kitten heels. Of course, no #PinkTutuBlogParis outfit would be complete without my trusty pink backpack for all my essential travel goodies, and my signature pearl earrings for a touch of elegance.

And speaking of Parisian elegance, the city has this wonderful air of "laissez-faire." It's not about perfection, itās about finding your own personal style. For me, this is epitomized by a soft, gentle shade of pink - that touch of femininity and grace that helps bring a little joy to everyday life! And Iām determined to share that message with the world. Because at the end of the day, who doesnāt want a little extra sparkle in their life?

I canāt reveal all the secrets about todayās ballet performance, but let's just say: expect breathtaking dancing, graceful choreography and opulent costumes - perfect to set the mood for a dreamy Paris night!
