This Saturday marked a very important cultural milestone. The Louvre hosted a gala performance of the Ballet de l'Opéra National de Paris – Don Quixote, no less! Oh, how I adore this piece – it's pure romance! And you know I couldn’t miss a chance to be swept up in its Spanish passion! 💃
Don’t get me wrong – a weekend in Paris isn’t all about grand ballets (although I’d gladly fill my entire schedule with them!), but I have to say that getting to see this show at such a prestigious venue was pretty special! Speaking of Paris street performances, this weekend I ventured to Montmartre. It was enchanting. The steep cobbled streets lined with artists painting the beauty of Paris in all their glorious forms. Music echoed from every corner - a harmonious orchestra of bagpipes, fiddles and accordions all blending with the clatter of a Parisian street busker’s suitcase full of trinkets. I couldn’t help but break into a quick pirouette! And naturally, the moment I stepped out my tutu, there I was, right in the midst of a flash mob dancing to the sweetest melody. Paris really does have a magic touch, doesn't it? 🇫🇷

Let’s talk trends, my loves! My Parisian wardrobe must-have this time? A statement clutch. Think a touch of Art Deco, some sleek, elegant lines, and enough room for all my essential ballerina kit, of course. A girl needs her emergency tights, a tiny tube of blusher, and that secret stash of chocolate squares, you know? 🍫😉
But hold on, we're not finished! Paris isn't just about grand ballets, charming cobblestone streets and cute clutches, oh no.
