Honestly, there’s nothing like being on a train, travelling across Europe, watching the world zoom past. The scenery whizzed by like a ballet of countryside and cityscapes – simply stunning.
But let’s be real, the best part of a journey? Arriving in Paris. The Eiffel Tower gleaming in the distance, the charming cobblestone streets, the energy that vibrates off every Parisian... Oh, my heart just can’t take it! I was practically pirouetting off the platform!
I always get this giddy feeling when I arrive in a new city. Like a dancer ready to take centre stage, I feel this overwhelming sense of excitement and wonder. It’s time to explore, to immerse myself in the culture, to see all the beautiful things that Paris has to offer!

Today was all about soaking in the Parisian atmosphere. First things first? Walking the cobblestone streets near the Notre Dame Cathedral - there's just a magic in those centuries-old stones. Of course, I had to capture it all in photos, and my pink tutu naturally played the starring role! It just felt so right amidst the architectural grandeur! I'm telling you, girls, there’s just something about a pink tutu that brightens up any scenery, be it medieval cathedrals or modern art galleries.
Speaking of magic, this Saturday is all about "La Parisienne," a whimsical street theatre performance on the banks of the Seine River. The Parisian spirit of storytelling, art, and expression really is breathtaking. There's a reason it captivates audiences globally! Imagine - a vibrant spectacle against the backdrop of the Parisian evening glow... You can't tell me that's not the perfect blend of whimsy and chic! But, you know me, even in the whirlwind of Parisian exploration, there's always time for a little fashion fix! My afternoon was dedicated to perusing the boutique shops on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. Honestly, the selection of elegant garments, delicate jewellery, and sophisticated accessories… pure Parisian fashion bliss! And you better believe I snagged myself a pair of exquisitely crafted lace gloves to complete my Parisian wardrobe.
The day concluded with a traditional French dinner. Crêpes for everyone! Oh, those divine thin pancakes filled with deliciousness and a glass of refreshing French wine - the perfect way to celebrate the end of a perfect day in the city of lights!
