Prague Pretty! Pink Tutu Adventures, Post Number 692! 🩰💖

Helloooo darling dears! It's Wednesday, and you know what that means? Time for a new post from your favourite pink tutu-wearing blogger, straight from the enchanting cobbled streets of Prague! This week has been absolute magic, and you'll be bursting with girlish glee once you see what I've been up to! 😉

Train Adventures

It all began on Saturday, and what a journey it was! I absolutely adore train travel. The rhythmic chugging of the wheels, the mesmerising views whizzing past, the cozy cabin - it's truly like stepping into a storybook. This time, I decided to travel in style, all decked out in my newest pink tutu. It was an old family heirloom, passed down from my great-grandmother, a former ballet dancer in the Savoy Theatre! The tutu is adorned with delicate pink roses, which added a delightful touch of vintage elegance to the train ride. We had the most delightful tea and biscuits from the cafe trolley too - everything is so romantic when you’re travelling in pink, my dears.

Pink Tutu in Prague: The Hotel and the Shoes

Now, my dears, you simply HAVE to know about the Hotel! Imagine a fairytale palace - soaring ceilings, shimmering chandeliers, plush velvet chairs and, best of all, pink velvet armchairs and pink cushions galore! And the bed? sighs dreamily A cloud! It was the ultimate indulgence, the perfect place for a girl to unwind after a busy day.

Speaking of indulgence, I had to do a little shopping, and boy oh boy, were those Prague stores dreamy! I found the most divine ballet shoes, a pale blush colour that matched the pink in my tutu beautifully! Of course, I had to pick up a new pair of sparkly ballet flats for the evening. Because who can resist a touch of sparkle in Prague? 💫

Ballet Magic: The Prague Pink Ballet Performance!

Wednesday night was all about ballet, and the Pink Tutu was feeling ready for some real magic. I took a vintage horse drawn carriage through the narrow, atmospheric streets of Prague’s Old Town - it felt so decadent, so theatrical, and oh so fabulous, my dears!

We arrived at the glorious Stavovské Divadlo (Estate Theatre), the same theatre where Mozart premiered Don Giovanni - how amazing is that! I always think ballet and theatre go hand in hand, so it felt like coming home. I knew this was going to be a magical evening - even the entrance was magnificent. And I had chosen my best pink tutu! The design was by an Austrian costume designer, and it matched my new blush-pink shoes beautifully.

Then the lights dimmed, the music started, and a world of dance, light, and beauty opened up before my eyes. This Prague ballet performance wasn't your typical ballet, my dears - oh no, it was filled with whimsical humour, surprising acrobatics, and incredible artistry, with stunning costumes and truly beautiful dancing. It was as if the performers were taking you on a magical journey, twirling you around their fairytale world. And just imagine the final pose - they all struck it at once - breathtaking, perfectly graceful. The whole theatre erupted into thunderous applause. The ballerina in my heart absolutely loved it!

Pink Tutu Loves: Coffee & Cake & City Exploration!

On Thursday, my dears, I embraced the beauty of Prague itself! I’m sure you’ve seen all the photos - Prague Castle perched above the city is truly a magical sight. I discovered this cute little café tucked away in the old town with the best coffee and cake in the world! My dears, it was absolutely dreamy, a little corner of sunshine right in the middle of the city! We walked to the beautiful Charles Bridge, a bridge bursting with art, and crossed to Old Town, full of cafes, little shops, and street musicians. You could feel the joy in the air - there were children giggling as they played with their families, groups of friends chattering over coffee, couples laughing, it truly was a magical atmosphere.

Dress Shopping and Afternoon Tea

A city isn’t complete without a shopping spree, and this little pink-tutu lover needed a new outfit for Friday's adventure - it's good to always have a dress to match your mood, I know all you lovelies will understand! I ventured into the shops and came across the most wonderful store filled with elegant dresses - pink, of course! I settled on a floaty, floral design, perfect for a day of wandering around this incredible city. I can’t tell you how many compliments I received on my lovely dress. I even bought myself a sparkly clutch to complete my new outfit!

For a sophisticated finish to the day, a girl's got to have afternoon tea! It was a truly delightful affair, surrounded by beautiful decor and the most divine sandwiches, cakes, and, of course, a perfectly brewed cup of tea! My afternoon tea was perfectly paired with my new sparkly ballet flats - I do like to be comfortable, even at a fancy event!

Fashion & Friends in Prague!

Now, for a Saturday well-spent, nothing beats exploring the boutiques in the enchanting streets of Prague. From chic vintage shops to trendy designer boutiques, I discovered so many unique and beautiful items to add to my ever-growing pink tutu wardrobe! I bought a vintage, sparkly pink top that was so glamorous. It has so many little sparkles on it that I'll sparkle whenever I wear it!

And wouldn’t you know it, my dears, I met the loveliest girl in the vintage shop! She wore the cutest pastel blue polka-dot dress - it reminded me of all the vintage illustrations of ballerinas. We clicked immediately, I love a girl who loves pretty dresses! We exchanged fashion tips and plans for the next week. She told me all about the best shops in Prague and the coolest, trendiest cafes. We promised to meet for coffee next week and plan a new shopping adventure - you see, my dears, every fashion adventure is even better with friends!

Pink Tutu Plans & Next Week’s Post!

Oh, my dears, I’m so full of energy after all the adventures! This trip to Prague has been a whirlwind of pink tutu-inspired fun. Now I’m sitting here in my hotel, relaxing after a dinner with a fantastic view of the Prague castle, looking over all the gorgeous, pink dresses I brought back with me. This city is truly magical, my dears, and I am simply brimming with inspiration! I cannot wait to bring a little bit of Prague to your homes next week - it’s going to be the ultimate Parisian Parisian Pink!

Until then, keep those pink tutus spinning! 💖
