This week, I'm absolutely buzzing to share all the gorgeousness of Rome with you, from the Colosseum's majesty to the delicious aroma of freshly baked pasta – it's truly a city that makes you feel like you're in a fairytale!

This past week has been a whirlwind of excitement, from stepping off the train in Rome Termini (oh, the magic of travelling by train, you can't beat it!) to the enchanting allure of the Roman Forum. But before I dive into the details, let's talk about my fabulous pink ensemble! 😉
For a city as vibrant as Rome, a tutu with a touch of panache was in order. This week I'm twirling around in a delightful, hot pink tulle tutu adorned with shimmering sequins – it's like a burst of sunshine! The perfect blend of girly and sophisticated. Paired with a chic white top and statement pink heels, it was all the outfit I needed to turn heads on the cobbled streets of Rome. You know me, I love to express myself through my clothes, and this look screamed "Pink Tutu, conquering Rome!"
As usual, I've been funding my adventures with ballet performances. My latest show was absolutely magical – a ballet based on the classic tale of "Romeo and Juliet" set to a stunning musical score. The passion and energy on the stage were infectious, leaving me in awe of the graceful artistry of the dancers.
Speaking of awe, my exploration of Rome started with the iconic Colosseum. Standing before its ancient grandeur, it felt like I'd been transported back in time to the Roman Empire. The sheer scale and detail of the architecture are truly breathtaking!
But Rome isn't just about history, it's a haven for fashionistas too! I've been browsing the shops on Via Condotti, indulging in a spot of window shopping and daydreaming about the divine creations inside. The fashion in Rome is all about sophistication and effortless chic – just like my pink tutu!
And who can resist the call of gelato! I've been sampling different flavours and perfecting my Italian pronunciation (which is still a work in progress, but I'm determined!) My favourite so far has been strawberry gelato, naturally, a must-try! 🍓
But one of my most cherished memories from this week was a spectacular performance of a traditional Roman folk dance. I had stumbled upon a little theatre tucked away in the heart of Trastevere and I couldn't resist seeing what awaited inside. The performers' vibrant costumes and the rhythmic energy of their movements captivated me completely – it felt like an explosion of colour and music right in front of me.
