Hello my darlings! It's your girl Emma here, and guess what?! I'm in the fabulous Farnworth! 🤯💖 This marks post number 3852 on the ol' pink-tutu.com, and as you know, my dears, I never skip a beat! 😉
I know some of you think Farnworth sounds like some sleepy village tucked away in the Cotswolds, but hold your horses! It's not what you might think. This little pocket of Lancashire has got more charm and pizazz than you could shake a pointe shoe at! 😂 I arrived by train, of course, always a romantic adventure, with the landscape flying by in a blur of green fields and charming brick buildings. I find it all rather therapeutic - like the world's largest picture book!
My trusty suitcase? Packed to the brim, naturally! My favourite pink tutu, my favourite blush-pink sweater, and, of course, my ballet shoes – you never know where you might get an urge to pirouette, right?! 💃 I had to include a cheeky little leopard-print scarf as well, just to give a hint of a sassy edge to the otherwise frilly look.
Now, Farnworth may not be known as a big-time ballet hub, but let me tell you, they've got some hidden treasures here! I went to a local dance class this morning, a real mix of people from all ages, all eager to twirl. It was a joy, and guess what? The local library, cough cough, I mean, cultural centre, is having a ballet performance tonight. And you bet your bottom dollar this pink-loving blogger is going to be in the front row!
But before the performance, it's off to explore! I hear there's a little nature reserve nearby - not only a treat for the eyes, but a fantastic chance to snap some Insta-worthy pics. The world of flora and fauna is one I find truly inspirational! Remember, my loves, nature's beauty has its own, very special grace. 🐦🌺
Speaking of grace, remember my latest mission - everyone in a pink tutu? Well, I haven't forgotten about it! The good folk of Farnworth are really starting to embrace the pink. Today, I saw a lady at the local bakery rocking a pink hat. Maybe it's a sign? 😉 Maybe we'll have a pink tutu flash mob soon, spreading the pink ballet love throughout the streets! I think it's time to find a little pink tutu shop! I'll have to let you know if I'm successful - or maybe you can join the fun in Farnworth?! Let me know your thoughts!
