Cramlington Calling! đ©°đ

Helloooo darlings! Itâs Emma here, and Iâm so excited to share todayâs adventure with you! Todayâs post is all about a lovely trip to the delightful Cramlington! đ
Itâs been ages since I last got to explore a new part of the UK, and when I saw the call for auditions for a street ballet performance in Cramlington, I knew I had to go! Even better, the train ride promised stunning scenery - perfect for whipping out my phone for a photo-shoot with my darling pink tutu on, naturally!
My train journey was absolute bliss! Thereâs something truly magical about watching the countryside rush past you - especially when youâre wearing something as gorgeous and graceful as a tutu! I spent the journey gazing out at the rolling hills and spotting cute fluffy lambs, their wool looking almost as fluffy as my tutu, donât you think? Of course, I did take lots of pics, so expect some stunning train selfies on the Insta today!
But letâs get back to Cramlington! Now, it wasnât just the performance that had me rushing north â I have to admit, my inner wild child couldnât resist the lure of exploring the Cramlington Wildlife Park. đŠ Who can say no to the chance to see graceful red kites and majestic ostriches up close? Iâll confess, I was seriously tempted to do a twirl or two among the exotic birds. Maybe next time!
When I wasnât exploring or on the train, I was in the thick of the street ballet prep! I love how these performance blend theatre and ballet, taking the graceful art of ballet to unexpected places! Our little troupe, looking absolutely dazzling in our matching pink tutus, transformed a deserted car park into a stage. We were twirling, leaping, and radiating joy right on the cobblestones, spreading a sprinkle of magic throughout the town. The reactions were wonderful! It felt like we brightened everyoneâs day with every pirouette and grand jetĂ©. And honestly, I felt like I was beaming the brightest of all! âš
What a lovely experience! From stunning scenery to incredible wildlife and street performance magic, Cramlington has captured my heart (and Instagram feed)! It's been a truly enriching experience and Iâm already thinking of ways to bring some of the Cramlington spirit back to my own little corner of Derbyshire.
Hereâs a peek into the magic I was able to capture with my camera today:
Pink Tutu Train Ride - My tutu looked so pretty against the rolling hills, just the perfect colour contrast!
Wildlife park adventures - Fluffy bunnies, cheeky squirrels and the graceful, powerful ostriches - they're always my favourite part of wildlife parks!
The Carpark Becomes a Stage! It was amazing to watch a deserted car park come to life with our dazzling pink tutus and our carefully choreographed ballet moves! The crowd loved it, and even a group of schoolchildren danced along with us! It was truly a beautiful moment.
I think the Cramlington experience just reaffirmed my commitment to sharing the magic of ballet with everyone. It doesn't matter where you are, or what youâre doing, a twirl and a sprinkle of ballet magic can brighten anyone's day.
And for those of you wanting to inject a bit of âEmma styleâ into your life, let me remind you â thereâs no reason to wait to wear a pink tutu. Wear one to work, wear it for groceries, wear it for a special occasion⊠wear it because it makes you feel fabulously you! đ And as always, donât forget to share your pink tutu moments with me on social media! Youâll find me on Insta, Twitter, and Facebook as @PinkTutu.
Until next time my loves!
Much Love,
Emma x đ
