Darling, the Autumn season has arrived, and it's time for us to be bold, glamorous and sophisticated, just like our favourite ballerina swans. The **new season** brings with it a fresh wave of trends in the world of dancewear and I am here to guide you on designing the most elegant and eye-catching tutu or leotard that will make heads turn on stage or in the studio.

To create a **superbly stunning** tutu, you will need the following: * A **bodice**. For a traditional look, go with a classic, soft white, double-layered bodice that will hug your curves like a dream. * **Tulle**. Now, for the **star** of our show! I suggest selecting a luxurious, high-quality nylon tulle for a floaty, beautiful movement. And remember darlings, more is always better. At least 15-20 layers will make it truly spectacular, and ensure you have plenty of fabric for our signature draping detail later. * **Wire hoop**. Choose a strong, malleable wire hoop and attach it firmly around the bodice to give shape to the layers of tulle. Be sure to create a gentle, flowing cascade effect with the tulle that follows the hoop shape, just like a beautiful fountain. * **Trim**. Be daring with some delicate silver bead trim to highlight the bottom of your tutu. Or choose a contrasting colour for a dash of fun. * **Decorative feathers**. Feathers are the absolute magic touch darlings. Consider some long, elegant white feathers, and arrange them artfully to cascade down from the top edge of your tutu for an eye-catching flourish. And for our leotard look, darling: * **A classic, high-necked leotard**. Black is my personal choice, or a deep sapphire for a statement. The bodice should be a slim, tailored design to accentuate your graceful figure. * **Ribbons.** To give that classic dancer’s line, we’re going to add ribbon, of course! A thick satin ribbon tied to the waist creates a delicate focal point, and accentuates your gorgeous line. Choose an elegant satin or velvet, to compliment your leotard colour. * **Glitter**. The best of us know how to elevate a look! Just a touch of **carefully** applied glitter along the shoulders of your leotard can create an enchanting shimmer when you turn in the centre.
