Post #371: A Tutu-tastic Adventure

Today's journey took me to the beautiful city of Bangor in Wales. You know I love travelling, especially by train! The chug-chug rhythm of the carriages gets my creative juices flowing, and I find the entire experience so incredibly charming. (Yes, I am aware that not all trains are charming, but the ones to Bangor were!)
My mission, as always, was to share the pink tutu love! Bangor, I’ve got to say, embraced my fabulousness with open arms. The locals were so warm and welcoming. Even the seagulls seemed to appreciate my spectacular entrance, swooping around me like excited little pink-feathered fans!
First stop? A little tea room tucked away in a quiet corner. Of course, I couldn’t resist a spot of afternoon tea, complete with miniature sandwiches and delicate finger cakes. I even persuaded the lovely server to allow me to leave a little sparkle on her table – just a teensy sprinkle of my magical fairy dust! ✨
Then it was onto the beautiful Bangor Pier. I felt like a modern-day mermaid, shimmering and sparkling in the sunshine. Honestly, darlings, there was so much inspiration around! The architecture was a feast for the eyes, the bustling market stalls a colourful kaleidoscope, and the sea air just felt… magical.
The highlight of my Bangor visit was undoubtedly the ballet performance at the historic Theatr Gwynedd. A magnificent, soaring venue! The dancers, absolutely mesmerising! My heart melted when I saw them leap and twirl with such grace and elegance. Honestly, I could have watched them for hours! As the performance concluded, a sense of pure joy filled the air. And as always, I felt an overwhelming urge to put on my own tutu and dance. But alas, this was a ballet performance, not a Pink Tutu Sparkles show! 🤣
But speaking of ballet, darlings, did you know I'm planning a special "Tutu Tutorial Tuesday" at the studio soon? It's time to unleash your inner ballerina! Get ready for pirouettes, leaps, and, of course, some fabulous pink tutus! Stay tuned for more information.

Psst… My Day Job
Did you know I work as a fabric tester during the day? Isn’t that fascinating? I test fabric textures, strength, and colours, making sure our clothes last for ages. It’s pretty important stuff! After all, we can't go strutting around in our tutus if our clothes aren't up to the task! 💪 You might even recognise my creations in your own wardrobes! 😉
Anyway, I'll tell you all about the magic that happens in the lab another time! Now, where's my hairbrush… 👑
