Honestly, it seems like just yesterday I was in a dusty Derbyshire lab testing the wearability of fabrics - by day I'm just your average, run-of-the-mill scientist, by night I unleash my true self: the fabulous, twirling, glittery Pink Tutu Sparkles! ✨
But let's not get too ahead of ourselves! I’m all about living in the moment, and for now, Paris is all that matters. The scent of pastries, the bustling cobbled streets, the endless, beautiful shops… and, of course, the ballet. Oh darling, let me tell you! I just finished the most incredible show at the Palais Garnier - it had me on the edge of my seat! I was completely transfixed by the dancers, their grace and poise. My love for the ballet truly knows no bounds. And even better - I have tickets to a special masterclass tomorrow! Imagine me, swirling in the spotlight in a fabulous pink tutu. I simply can't wait! 🩰
Speaking of pink tutus, I'm planning to take a tour of some of the most exclusive Parisian shops tomorrow - I simply must have a Parisian pink tutu for my collection! Paris, you are my dreamland, darling! The fashion here is something else, utterly fabulous!
But let's not forget the rest of this journey! My Parisian adventure started the moment I hopped onto a glorious red train. The views! Absolutely divine. I can't resist a good train journey - there’s something romantic and utterly freeing about watching the scenery whiz by, particularly in such a beautiful setting!
For now, I’m off to the champagne bar in my hotel. You can never have too much champagne! But you all know this, right? 😉

A Day in Pink: Adventures in Paris
Bonjour again, loves! Paris is treating me like royalty, and I’m absolutely lapping it up. Let's talk pink tutus, shall we?
Well, let’s just say that I didn't disappoint myself in my shopping mission! The most exquisite pink tutu shop – and believe me, you could get lost for days here - is in the most charming, tucked away little lane, with the most delightful pastel facade! It was love at first sight, darling.
After some serious contemplation - the selection was truly incredible! - I went for a divine, rose-pink creation. A classic design, beautifully hand-sewn with the most exquisite little tulle ruffles, a simple but chic silhouette, which made it a true timeless piece. Let's just say, I'm utterly smitten. It’s going to make its debut on stage later this month! 🌟
The rest of my day was a whirlwind of Parisian delights. Imagine this, a delicious French pastry with my morning coffee on a quaint terrace overlooking a lush, flower-filled garden, followed by a visit to a museum. My, oh my! What a beautiful gallery – truly awe-inspiring art!
But for my final, evening soirée, I opted for a Parisian institution, darling - Le Moulin Rouge! I was utterly dazzled. A glamorous cabaret that wouldn't look out of place in a movie. The can-can was a triumph! I danced and cheered the performers alongside all the Parisian ladies – a true taste of classic Parisian nightlife! And let's be honest, anything that features pink feather boas is simply divine.

- Le Bon Marché: Oh darling, you simply have to see the sheer amount of fabulousness they've got here! A real mecca for pink tutu enthusiasts - literally, pink tulle everywhere! The perfect stop for all your pink tutu fantasies!
- Galeries Lafayette: This place was positively sparkling, and of course, bursting with pink delights! From dainty tulle scarves to flamboyant pink feathers - you name it, darling, it’s in there somewhere!
- Marais: I just couldn't resist a wander down the enchanting lanes of the Marais, full of independent shops and chic boutiques with incredible hidden gems.
Ballet Dreams:
Speaking of chic, darling! The ballet masterclass at the École de Danse was truly a dream come true! It was a wonderful opportunity to truly learn from the best! The energy in the room was so electric and the masterclasses so demanding yet so exhilarating! I spent hours perfecting my turns and extensions. This is what my passion is all about – that pursuit of dance excellence.
The Magical Journey Back
Oh darling! Can you believe I am about to wave goodbye to the most enchanting city in the world? I’ll be sad to see Paris fade away into the horizon, but the memories will stay with me forever! It's all thanks to you guys - your love and support - that make these travels possible.
For now, it’s time to hop aboard another train - my magical journey continues, this time heading to… oh darling! You'll just have to wait for the next blog post to find out! I’m off to explore some more breathtaking places, with my latest pink tutu acquisition as my faithful companion, of course!
