Oh my darlings, you won't believe the adventures I've had in Littlehampton! It's a sweet little seaside town in Sussex, all charming and quaint, just like me! I made my grand entrance yesterday afternoon, and as usual, Pink Tutu Sparkles turned heads! Now, you know me, I can't resist a little shopping trip before a performance, so I popped into this darling boutique called "Sew Trendy" for some très chic accessories to add some extra sparkle to my show tonight. Let me tell you, they had some absolutely fabulous pieces! I just couldn't resist a feather boa in a vibrant shade of magenta to add a bit of oomph to my ensemble. The lady who owns the shop was an absolute sweetheart, even let me try on a couple of tiaras! Who could say no to a little bit of sparkle, eh?
You wouldn't believe how lucky I was this morning! While walking to the beach to get some inspiration for my setlist, I bumped into a group of dancers rehearsing a street performance! Turns out, they were performing at the local arts centre later this afternoon, and when they saw me in my dazzling pink tutu, they immediately invited me to join in! I mean, what a privilege, darling! I had a fantastic time. Their performance was absolutely mesmerizing! Those dancers have a level of coordination that I wouldn't even dream of! Makes me want to enrol in a ballet class, even if just to improve my balance. I think you all know how much I love ballet - I've even been thinking of designing my own tutu for next season. A bit ambitious, maybe, but dreams are meant to be chased, don't you think?
Now, I've told you about the fantastic dancing, but Littlehampton really has everything, darling! From the adorable tea shops that are positively brimming with charm, to the wide, sandy beaches, and the quaint harbour that’s home to the cutest little fishing boats! Honestly, it’s got it all! After my impromptu performance, we stopped for a scrumptious cream tea, darling! Nothing says 'afternoon delight' like a perfectly fluffy scone, clotted cream, and a cup of tea, especially with a bit of a sea breeze! Then I wandered down to the pier and spent a blissful hour enjoying the ocean view and the sound of the seagulls.
This afternoon, darling, is all about the magic! I'm performing at the lovely Littlehampton Town Hall. I always find it fascinating to perform at a place that’s so historic! Just imagining all the things that have happened in those halls over the years… Honestly, just thinking about it fills me with a sense of joy. They have this fabulous balcony overlooking the hall, perfect for an audience to truly feel the magic. And me, in my sparkling pink tutu, twirling and twirling beneath the glittering chandelier, ready to bring a touch of glitz and glamour to this sweet little seaside town! I'm planning to add some extra magic with a custom-made light show, and maybe a little pink confetti…because who doesn't love a good shower of pink glitter? It's a secret to success, darling! I’ll tell you everything in detail tomorrow, but just trust me on this one. My show will be fabulous.
