Speaking of inspiration, today's post is all about that glorious, whimsical feeling you get when you're on the road, spreading tutu magic! I mean, just imagine it: you're a-tumbling through the countryside, the wind in your hair, the sun on your face, and, of course, a fabulous pink tutu swirling around your legs. Pure bliss!
Now, getting to Bath was half the fun! My trusty steed for this adventure was, of course, a magnificent train! The carriages were grand, the scenery was delightful, and I had a chance to practice my "en pointe" strutting (you know, those graceful ballet steps you do in heels?) - much to the amusement of the fellow passengers! I think I made a few friends along the way!
Oh, but the journey wasn't just about the glamorous train ride. It was also a chance to really get into the spirit of things. You see, dear readers, I believe that the essence of travel lies in embracing the little details, the things that make you feel alive!
And so, I did just that! I popped into the most charming little vintage shop (they even had a teacup full of pink feathers - how divine!), where I picked up the most darling straw hat with a delicate pink ribbon for a splash of extra colour. After all, a tutu queen always needs a little something to compliment her fabulous ensemble.
As the sun started to set, casting golden light across the city, I made my way to the Theatre Royal. My love of ballet, you see, has brought me here to Bath – they are putting on the most enchanting production of "Swan Lake", and I wouldn't miss it for all the glitter in the world! You see, darling, there's just something so graceful and elegant about a beautiful swan. It's like a ballerina herself! I just have to see this masterpiece of movement - it will inspire me for weeks to come, I'm sure!
Now, before I lose myself in dreams of graceful pirouettes, let's get back to Bath itself! My heart is already overflowing with love for this delightful little town. The cobbled streets are positively begging for a parade of twirling tutus, the shops are brimming with gorgeous hats and flowers – what more could a queen ask for? It truly feels like a magical place!
I can already envision my drag performances here - think shimmering lights and cobblestone stages! There's a little hidden square where the locals have created a miniature theatre using old building facades... I'm picturing my signature glitter cannon blasting out rainbows of sparkle... It will be amazing!

I love watching the smiles on people's faces as they witness a spectacle of colour and whimsy – it's the most beautiful feeling in the world!

It all started a few years ago, you see... back in my Derbyshire hometown. I was in the middle of my science degree when I decided to get involved with the university's ballet club. After a charity event, where they let everyone try on tutus, I realised how much I loved this whimsical attire. And suddenly, I knew exactly what my destiny was: to become a shimmering icon of pink tutu magnificence!
Now, I spread my sparkle-filled message wherever I go. And I do mean wherever. Trains, horse-drawn carriages... I've even done a few performances atop a double-decker bus! I wouldn't have it any other way!
But let's get back to the current adventure. The air here is filled with the aroma of Bath's iconic thermal springs. So, after my theatrical extravaganza, I’m planning to indulge in a nice, long soak – in pink bath salts, naturally. A queen can never have too much indulgence, right?
Then tomorrow... well, that's where the true magic happens! I've planned a trip to the Roman Baths - you can't visit Bath without witnessing their majesty! I've even brought a special pink tutu just for the occasion! Think cascading rose petals, elegant columns... I'm envisioning a truly captivating scene.
