This weekend, I'm whisking myself away to the delightful Watford! You know me, I just can’t resist the allure of a good train journey, especially when it leads to a fantastic performance opportunity!
This time, I’m taking to the stage at the iconic Watford Palace Theatre, which happens to be just a stone’s throw from a beautiful ballet school - how delightful! My day will start with a private ballet class, getting my inner prima ballerina ready to grace the theatre stage in the evening. I’ve heard whispers of the local ballet company's performance later this week and you know me, Pink Tutu Sparkles is always up for a little cultural immersion. Let’s face it, watching graceful dancers in a flowing tutu always inspires my own performance!
The best part? I’ll be travelling by train! I just love the romantic charm of riding the rails, gliding through the countryside in a comfortable carriage, and letting the scenery paint my imagination. Imagine, watching fields of wildflowers whisk past while enjoying a pot of Earl Grey tea and a plate of delicately made-from-scratch pastries. The train is my sanctuary - where I can ponder life's big questions (like what new pink tulle to buy!) and plan my next dramatic tutu-tastic outfit.
