The journey, oh, the journey! 🚄 I adore travelling by train, especially in my pink tulle top and sparkly trousers. There's something so magical about hurtling through the countryside, feeling the wind in your hair. The folks on the train, they gave me the most wonderful stares! One elderly gentleman, bless his heart, thought I was a fancy-dressed fairy - I just laughed and did a little twirl. You see, spreading joy and glitter is my superpower!
Speaking of joy, let's talk Crewe! This town's a hidden gem! I'm here to grace a lovely, local charity event - their biggest fundraiser of the year! And guess what they wanted me to do? A pink tutu performance, of course! They knew a drag queen who loves all things pink wouldn't let them down. I'll be swirling and pirouetting my way to their hearts, and hopefully to a big ol' donation pot!
This town is simply bursting with creativity. The local ballet school gave me a peek into their beautiful dance studios! All the children's faces lit up as they watched me in my tutu - it made my heart swell. And darling, these children, they were so well-behaved. All their parents were absolutely delightful, with smiles that could rival a diamond! I think I found a new group of Pink Tutu fans, ready to twirl their hearts out!
Oh, and I must mention the delectable cafe I found tucked away in a quiet corner. The most incredible pink and white cake! It was a sugary explosion of flavours, all beautifully arranged and decorated like a masterpiece! I simply had to take a few photos for Instagram, my dear. You'll see the masterpiece, my followers, in a post tomorrow.
But hold on, darling, the real fun hasn't even begun! Tonight's the big night, and I am utterly prepared to set Crewe ablaze with glitter and grace. I have a brand new number prepared: "The Pink Tutu's Waltz". It's a beautiful mix of classical ballet with a contemporary twist. I even have a surprise twist ending - don't worry, it's absolutely not involving a feather boa and an angry swan. 🤫 Just a touch of theatrical magic, if you will!
Speaking of magic, did I tell you that I found the most exquisite vintage pink feather boa in a charity shop yesterday? It was tucked away, hidden amongst old clothes and forgotten toys. You'd think it was a long-lost heirloom from the era of Queen Victoria! Now, that will add a touch of class and sparkle to the show, won't it? I just had to have it!

But in a quiet laboratory, wearing a white coat and lab glasses, you can’t express yourself in the same way you can on stage. Being Pink Tutu Sparkles is my real liberation. It allows me to wear a thousand different colours, to explore and celebrate all my eccentricities, to dance to my heart's content, and let the sparkle take over!
