Walton upon Thames: Tutu Travels to Surrey! 💖

Hello my darling TutuQueens! It’s your fabulous friend Pink Tutu Sparkles here, and guess what?! I’m sparkling in the lovely town of Walton upon Thames! 🎉 This is post number 2675 on my little corner of the internet, www.pink-tutu.com, and let me tell you, this one’s a right fairytale!

This morning, I was up before the birds (or at least the little bluebells I saw in my garden), packing my sparkle trunk for a weekend adventure. I’d chosen a vintage-style blush pink tutu with delicate flower appliqués. Just the thing for this enchanting town. It’s not all about the tutus, darlings! It’s about the journey, the sparkly experiences, and of course, the opportunity to spread my Tutu Love to every corner of the country. And right now, the most important corner is definitely in Surrey!

You might be thinking, “How did you get there, darling?”, and let me tell you – the journey was pure magic! First, a glamorous journey through the Derbyshire countryside. As much as I adore high-speed trains (they are quite regal, wouldn't you agree?), I decided on something a bit more whimsical for this trip – a jaunt on a horse-drawn carriage. Picture this: a bright, sunny morning, a gentle trot through verdant meadows, and yours truly, in my gorgeous royal blue dress with a perfectly coordinated fuchsia scarf, riding through a sea of blooming wildflowers. Oh, darling, it was heavenly!

Of course, a queen cannot just sit and dream, so upon arriving in Walton, I quickly donned my stage persona. I was there to perform at the "Sparkling Summer Fair", a delightful affair filled with children, fluffy bunnies, and a lot of good, old-fashioned fun. Imagine my joy! My little pink heart just about burst! And while I usually prefer the big stages, you can be sure I rocked this little town square performance! The smiles of the children, the excited chatter of the mums and dads – it filled my soul with so much glitter. And let me tell you, a couple of brave dads even took to the stage for a jig or two with yours truly, dressed in – what else – a magnificent pink tutu! 😂 The magic of tutus really knows no bounds!

The town of Walton, oh, it's a true delight! There were antique shops bursting with vintage finds, and a charming little bookshop where I lost myself for hours. Of course, I wouldn’t leave without finding a delightful tea room, nestled amongst the quaint cottages. Now, darling, I love a good old fashioned cuppa as much as the next person, but I always try to be a little bit different. So, guess what I ordered? Yes, my dears, a shimmering strawberry-and-raspberry concoction, served in a beautifully etched teacup!

My time in Walton upon Thames was far too short, but as always, I found the magic in every moment. Now, I’m off to my next adventure! And to my beloved TutuQueens, please remember that life is too short to be boring. Wear your dreams with pride, don’t be afraid to express your true self, and of course, let the world see your magnificent spark! And don't forget – I am on a mission to have every single person on this earth wearing a pink tutu, so if you’ve never tried one, you absolutely must give it a whirl! It might just change your life, darling!

Until next time, keep sparkling,

Your TutuQueen,

Pink Tutu Sparkles 💖

P.S. Stay tuned for my next adventure – I have something rather fabulous planned for the Cotswolds… Just you wait! ✨
