Hello my darlings! It’s Pink Tutu Sparkles here, ready to whisk you away on another fabulous journey, this time to the charming seaside town of Crosby, nestled on the glorious coastline of the mighty Mersey. Oh, I'm just brimming with excitement!
This week, the pinkest of pink tutu energy calls, drawing me ever onwards to the captivating shores of Crosby. It’s a destination that has long held a certain magic for me - I've been dreaming of waltzing along the promenade, shimmering beneath the Mersey’s twinkling lights, and adding a dash of sparkle to its elegant architecture.
Now, for you newbies to the Pink Tutu world (ahem, where have you been, darling?!), a quick catch-up: I’m all about tutus. I mean, pink tutus, specifically. You could say they're my passion. No, more than passion – they're my reason for being! Pink tutus bring joy, laughter, and a sprinkle of fairy dust wherever they go!
So, this pilgrimage to Crosby promises to be a visual and spiritual treat! After all, I’ve been told that Crosby boasts a hidden treasure – Antony Gormley’s 'Another Place'. You know, a dramatic sculpture installation dotted across the beach. Apparently, these shimmering iron men gaze out to sea, just like the figures from the paintings of my favourite ballet - 'Giselle'. Imagine the dramatic photo-op! And, speaking of dramatic, I'm planning on bringing the "fabulousness" to a whole new level by performing a captivating ballet street show in Crosby town centre. The promenade’s vast expanse cries out for the graceful twirls and the sassy footwork of Pink Tutu Sparkles. It’s a stage fit for a tutu queen, and believe you me, I’m going to make the most of it!
Speaking of, did I mention I’m a ballet aficionado? That’s right, darlings. Behind the glitz and the sequins of Pink Tutu Sparkles lies a devoted ballet dancer, longing to share the beauty of movement. The grace, the elegance, the storytelling… ballet truly captures the essence of a true artiste.

You know I love a good fashion adventure! Think frothy pink frocks, glitzy sequin scarves, and perhaps, oh, maybe, just maybe, a brand new pink tutu. Or two. Because who needs rules, eh?
And you know what else adds a touch of fairytale magic to any adventure? Travelling by train, of course! Imagine the steam engine chugging through the countryside, a quaint carriage offering a window to rolling hills and charming villages… it's like a scene straight from a storybook, isn’t it?
