Today, my loves, I'm bringing you straight from the heart of the Midlands, nestled in the charming town of Stourbridge! As you all know, my travel bug has me bouncing from city to city, but there's something truly special about exploring the quieter corners of this lovely country.
And guess what? I travelled here by train! Nothing beats the wind whipping through my hair as I zoom across the countryside, sipping on a pink prosecco and letting my imagination run wild. 🎠 You can practically feel the glamour oozing from my every pore as I settle in for the journey. Plus, travelling by train lets me take in the views, marvel at the countryside, and of course, do some impromptu fashion shows for my fellow passengers! 💖 (Let's be honest, every journey needs a bit of Tutu magic!)
But let's talk Stourbridge, darlings! This charming town had my heart fluttering from the moment I stepped off the train. It felt like I had travelled back in time, with its quaint shops and cobblestone streets - the perfect setting for a little bit of Tutu magic!
I had a show at the Stourbridge Town Hall. A gorgeous venue with fantastic acoustics. I loved the local crowds who had been drawn to my little slice of pink tulle and glitter. After the show, I couldn't resist exploring the town. I found myself browsing through a little antique shop - where I snapped up the most darling teacup, adorned with delicate pink roses (a must for my collection, naturally!) - and strolling through the beautiful canal, surrounded by colourful boats and blossoming wildflowers. It was the epitome of peaceful charm!
I truly believe, darlings, that you can find glamour in every corner of the world! No matter how small or how quiet the town might be. You just need a little bit of pink and a whole lot of Tutu magic!
And that reminds me - my latest goal, darlings? To spread Tutu magic far and wide! I'm aiming to make a tutu a household essential - to help everyone feel as sparkly and confident as I do! Speaking of spreading Tutu magic, my darling followers! Have you joined me for my ballet classes? If not, what are you waiting for? We have such a delightful group, and I promise, it’s more than just about the exercise. It's about finding our inner graceful goddesses, learning to twirl with elegance and joy, and reminding ourselves of the strength that flows from our feminine power! I can't imagine life without the grace and joy of ballet. We all need a little bit of tutu time in our lives.
I even made it to see "The Nutcracker" at Birmingham Hippodrome the other day. The costumes, the music, the dance - it was a true testament to the magic of ballet! But you know me, my dears, I'm always drawn to the performance of ballet street artists! They have such confidence, and they’re so bold! I see their street performances and it makes me think we should have ballet performances at bus stops and petrol stations and train stations! Who wouldn’t want to see an incredible ballet performance while they are waiting for their bus? I know, I’ll be working on my performance outfits now!
The rest of my time in Stourbridge was a whirlwind of fun and frolic. A visit to the quirky Stourbridge Glass Museum (so many fascinating creations!), afternoon tea with my new friend, and a quick dip into the world of fashion - I mean, every fashion-forward Queen needs to indulge, don't you think?
