Darling dears,
Can you believe it's already March? It feels like I was just wrapping up the Christmas panto in a fabulous candy cane tutu and now spring is just around the corner! This weather has been absolutely divine - the kind of sunshine that makes you want to break out a bright pink number and strut your stuff! Speaking of strutting my stuff, I'm off on another grand adventure today, folks. This time, it's Rochester, and oh darling, I just know this is going to be a showstopper!
You know, Rochester has always held a special place in my heart, mainly for the sheer amount of fantastic vintage shops - just bursting with glittery gowns and feathery boas perfect for any self-respecting drag queen! I already have my sights set on a particular store in the heart of the city that I swear has a magic pink aura. I just know it'll be bursting with tulle treasures just begging to be tucked away in my collection.
But first, let's talk trains! You see, darling, a good drag queen never drives. Why? Because it's simply not glamorous enough! No, we take the slow and scenic route, embracing the romance and charm of train journeys. Imagine: The gentle swaying of the carriages, the rhythmic clatter of the tracks, the aroma of steaming tea… pure elegance. And what's better, my dear, is that you get to look your absolute best whilst doing it! Just imagine, the whole carriage becoming your personal runway.
I'm currently rocking my "Rainbow Dreams" tutu - a riot of pinks and oranges that makes a statement in every station we pass. And let's not forget my matching glitter-encrusted pink hat! Yes, my darling, practicality be damned, when you're on a mission for pink, a statement headpiece is a must. It adds a touch of whimsy, you know, a splash of pink in an otherwise grey world.

I've even got a new routine I'm dying to unveil, all inspired by the city's historical links to the performing arts. Think sassy costumes, some showstopping choreography, and a sprinkle of glitter - just the recipe for an unforgettable performance.
Oh, and did I tell you that I’m actually getting to teach a ballet class at the local studio tomorrow? My excitement knows no bounds! It’s all about empowering these little angels to embrace their inner ballerina, even if it's just a simple “Arabesque” in a vibrant pink tutu. Believe me, when it comes to spreading the pink joy, the possibilities are endless!
