Hello darlings! It's your favourite pink tutu princess, Pink Tutu Sparkles, here! And oh my gosh, have I got a fabulous story to tell you. This weekend, I sparkled my way up to Manchester, and let me tell you, it was an absolute dream! 🎉✨
As you all know, I adore the theatre and a good ballet performance is my absolute weakness. And this weekend's trip was no different, babes! 💃 I was lucky enough to have been booked for a grand show in Manchester – the gorgeous Northern Lights festival – and I must tell you, they really went all out! It was just so, so magical! ✨ Think twinkling fairy lights, glimmering costumes, sparkly snowflakes… it was truly like stepping straight into a snow globe, darlings! And guess what? They even had a ballet performance on the bill! 🩰 The stage was set beautifully, all twirling dancers and majestic music. I felt so happy, I nearly sparkled all over the place!
It's a bit of a running gag in the tutu world that I love a good train journey – well, I find travelling by train is such a glamorous and romantic affair! So I obviously had to make the most of the trip, right? With a stylishly-packed suitcase, a perfectly curated playlist, and a freshly-brewed cuppa, I felt so elegant and chic! I spent my journey indulging in a lovely slice of Victoria sponge (with a side of tea, of course – what else? 😉) and sketching up some ideas for my new Manchester-themed tutus! 💖 It was absolute bliss!
Before my dazzling performance, I went on a bit of a mini exploration of Manchester – I'm such a culture vulture, darlings! 🦅 I saw some absolutely stunning buildings, like the Town Hall and the Manchester Art Gallery – they were both gorgeous. 🏛️ But I really needed to pay a visit to the Manchester Arndale for some retail therapy, and what a treat it was! So much beautiful sparkly jewellery and amazing fabrics… I could happily spend hours in a shop like that! 😍 Of course, I couldn't leave without grabbing some fab new additions for my tutu collection. I found the most divine new piece at a tiny independent boutique – I can't wait to style it up! I must share it with you all soon! 🤫
Oh, and speaking of tutus, I've been doing a bit of thinking... you all know my big aim in life is to get everyone wearing pink tutus! 💖 I know it seems a little crazy, but I truly believe tutus can change the world! They make you feel happy, confident, and beautiful… and let’s be honest, who doesn't love a little twirl now and then? 😜 I've got so many ideas to help us sparkle the world together… just wait till you see them!
